Step
2. Putting on the WHEELS.
Your
Shootin Cart is mostly assembled. All
you have to do is put on the wheels and STOP BLOCK.
The axles should already be on the cart;
they hold the top and bottom halves together.
Remove one axle at a time
and install the wheel with the washers in the locations as described in
the picture below. Be
careful to not over tighten the lock nuts or you could damage the wheels.

3. Putting on the STOP BLOCK
On the Stop Plate, you will notice there are two holes.
The middle hole on the back of the Stop Plate has a 3/8” bolt in
it and is secured by 3/8” washers and wing nuts.
This hole is used to hold the STOP BLOCK.
The STOP BLOCK is used to keep the top of the cart from pivoting
forward when the cart is open and being used.
Note: The cart can only be opened or
folded with the STOP BLOCK removed.
The
front utility hole is empty and used to hold the 3/8” LOCK BOLT, washer,
and wing nut when the cart is not folded.
This hole is for convenience only and does not have to be used.
Remove
the 3/8” bolt from the STOP BLOCK hole to prepare the cart to be
unfolded.

Tips
to help you get the most out of your new Shootin’ Cart:
1)
Cedar is durable, but soft wood. It
has natural abilities to resist weather and insects.
We helped Mother Nature a little by coating your cart with
“Rustic Red” Thompson’s Water Seal. For continued protection against the elements, we recommend
that you re-coat your cart with Thompson’ s every 12-18 months.
2) Gun stocks are made
from hard woods and have a tendency to nick or dent the base of the
cart. We
recommend adding a little leather to the long gun base plate to keep your
cart
looking good.
3)
The cart handle at is made of hardwood. It is very strong and will support the weight of the
cart. This allows you to hang
your cart from utility hooks for convenient storage.
